Directors and teachers
Your own Pro is free. Licenses are for your students.
School music directors and music teachers get Pro on their own account free, on request. Here is how. A Studio, Classroom, or School license adds student seats: you paste your students’ emails, and each of them is Pro for as long as the license runs, whether or not they have signed in yet. Seats can be swapped as rosters change.
Students never need a license to practise. The free account’s five exercises a day is enough for a daily warm-up; a seat removes the cap and lets a class work through packets and shared links without counting.

What does a seat give a student?
Everything Pro gives: unlimited exercises for every instrument, key, and level, playback, timed mode, print-to-PDF, and the packet builder, which generates a batch of exercises at once for a whole section to print.
How do I add students?
After checkout, open Seats in your account menu on the practice page and paste their email addresses. They sign in with that address, by Google or email and password, and are Pro immediately.
What happens when the license ends?
Seats return to the free tier at the end of the paid year unless the license renews. Nothing is deleted; students keep their accounts and their five free exercises a day.
Can a school pay by purchase order?
Yes. Email jj@sightreadingpro.com with the plan and your billing details and we will send an invoice.
