This policy explains what information Sight Reading Pro (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Your email address — when you create an account, so we can send your sign-in link and account-related messages.
• Subscription status — if you subscribe, we store your plan status and identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe) so we know your access is active. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment details.
• Practice settings and counts — stored in your browser (local storage) to remember preferences and free-usage limits. This stays on your device.
• Basic technical data — standard server and security logs (e.g., request information) kept by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

How we use it

• to sign you in and operate your account;
• to process and manage your subscription;
• to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• to respond when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers that run the Service, and only as needed to operate it:

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and database;
• Stripe — subscription payments;
• Vercel — website hosting;
• Resend and Cloudflare — sending email and DNS/domain.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your practice settings and free-usage counts. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@sightreadingpro.com. Some records (such as payment records) may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can stop future billing at any time by cancelling your subscription.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the Service, a parent or teacher should set up and manage the account. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the app.
